About this item

  • LARGE SIZE POUCH FOR LARGER PHONES: Measure your phone case before purchasing the PHOOZY to ensure a flawless fit. Both the phone and its case should align with the interior dimensions of the PHOOZY (6.75” x 0.4” x 3.6”) Opt for the LARGE size for bigger phones or phones with cases.
  • NASA TECH FOR YOUR PHONE: Leveraging spacesuit technology, PHOOZY's thermal phone pouch with patented Chromium Thermal Barrier is the perfect insulating cell phone case for hot weather, reflecting more than 90% of the heat from the sun and acting as your personal phone heat protector. (Not designed to be left in a hot car for long periods. The PHOOZY insulated cell phone case is not a cell phone cooling case, meaning it does not cool down a hot phone. It helps prevent overheating in the sun by reflecting solar radiation).

More advanced than a standard neoprene sleeve, the integrated Impactor Core 2.0 exceeds the 810G 516.6 military-standard for drop, shock and impacts. It features SinkProof technology that keeps your device at the surface of the water for quick, easy retrieval. IP55 water-resistance rating protects your phone during all your summer activities.
  • SECRET STASH POCKET: Utilize the Internal Stash Pocket to securely safeguard your cash, ID, or credit cards, ensuring discreet protection.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

How long will delivery take?

Eligible United States orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take some time to update after a shipping label is created or the package is transferred to the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to process your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should generally be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, components, and accessories. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
