Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

Overview

This website is operated under the store name CarryPhone.

Throughout this website, the terms “CarryPhone,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the CarryPhone online store. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person who visits the website, places an order, submits content, or otherwise uses our services.

CarryPhone provides this website, including its information, product listings, features, tools, customer support, and online purchasing services, subject to these Terms of Service.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them, including our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Contact Us page

  • Product-specific notices and instructions

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right, legal remedy, warranty, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

1. Eligibility to Use the Website

You may use this website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

You may not use the website if doing so would violate applicable law or if you have previously been suspended from using the website for unlawful or fraudulent conduct.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using any part of the website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You will use the website and products only for lawful purposes

  • You will comply with applicable product instructions and safety warnings

These Terms apply to website visitors, customers, account holders, product reviewers, and any person who submits information or content through the website.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect:

  • Changes to our services or products

  • Changes to our business operations

  • Changes to payment, shipping, or fulfillment processes

  • Security or fraud-prevention requirements

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • Corrections or clarifications

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires a different effective date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen from a completed transaction.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Account and Customer Information

Some website features may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

  • Promptly updating outdated contact or delivery information

  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity

You must not share passwords publicly or use another person’s account without permission.

We may temporarily restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

You remain responsible for orders placed through your account to the extent permitted by law, except where the order resulted from unauthorized access that was not caused by your actions or negligence.

5. Product Information

CarryPhone sells mobile phone accessories and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including:

  • Product descriptions

  • Photographs

  • Available colors

  • Dimensions

  • Materials

  • Compatibility information

  • Package contents

  • Features

  • Usage instructions

However, minor differences may occur because of:

  • Screen and display settings

  • Lighting used in product photography

  • Manufacturing updates

  • Measurement methods

  • Packaging changes

  • Product batches

  • Supplier updates that do not materially change the product

Colors shown on a screen may differ slightly from the physical product.

Measurements may contain reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances.

A product will not be considered materially incorrect solely because of a minor difference that does not substantially affect its ordinary use, appearance, or advertised function.

This provision does not apply when a product is materially different from its description, defective, incorrectly supplied, counterfeit, unsafe, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

6. Phone and Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before placing an order.

Compatibility may depend on:

  • Phone manufacturer

  • Exact phone model

  • Device generation or model year

  • Device dimensions

  • Camera layout

  • Button placement

  • Connector type

  • Charging standard

  • Power requirements

  • Operating system

  • Wireless charging capability

  • Case thickness

  • Other installed accessories

Similar-looking phone models may have different dimensions, connectors, camera openings, or button placements.

A reference to a phone series does not necessarily mean that the product fits every model within that series.

Customers should check the exact device model through the device settings, original packaging, manufacturer information, or another reliable source.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

A product is not defective solely because the customer selected an incompatible model when the product page contained materially accurate compatibility information.

If CarryPhone provided materially incorrect compatibility information, the issue will be treated as a seller error and handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Brand Names

CarryPhone is an independent retailer unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to third-party brand names, product names, device models, trademarks, or logos may be used solely to:

  • Identify product compatibility

  • Describe the intended use of an accessory

  • Compare dimensions or technical features

  • Help customers locate an appropriate product

Such references do not imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the applicable brand owner.

Apple, iPhone, Samsung, Galaxy, Google, Pixel, and any other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners.

Any statement that a product is “compatible with,” “designed for,” or “fits” a particular device means that the accessory is intended for use with that device. It does not mean that the accessory was manufactured, licensed, or endorsed by the device manufacturer unless expressly stated.

8. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory.

An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of:

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Multiple simultaneous purchases

  • Supplier or fulfillment errors

  • Product damage discovered during processing

  • Transportation restrictions

  • Product discontinuation

  • Safety or compliance concerns

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected item

  • Contact you regarding a suitable alternative

  • Ask whether you agree to a revised fulfillment timeframe

We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

9. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or checkout page.

Prices may change before an order is submitted.

A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted, except where:

  • The customer requests a change

  • A required tax or government charge changes

  • An obvious pricing or technical error occurred

  • Applicable law permits or requires an adjustment

Shipping charges, taxes, customs charges, and other applicable fees will be displayed or described before order completion when reasonably available.

Customers are responsible for charges imposed by their card issuer, bank, payment provider, customs authority, or government when those charges are not collected by CarryPhone.

10. Pricing and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to prevent errors, but a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect:

  • Price

  • Discount

  • Description

  • Photograph

  • Availability status

  • Specification

  • Compatibility designation

  • Shipping charge

If an error is identified before an order is accepted or shipped, we may:

  • Correct the error

  • Contact the customer for instructions

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Issue a refund for any amount already collected

We will not knowingly charge a corrected higher price without the customer’s consent.

A minor typographical error that does not materially affect the transaction will not invalidate an otherwise valid order.

Nothing in this section permits deceptive pricing or the cancellation of a correctly priced order merely because the product later becomes less profitable.

11. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is generally accepted when:

  • We send a shipping confirmation

  • Fulfillment begins and acceptance is otherwise communicated

  • The product is dispatched

  • We expressly confirm acceptance in writing

Before acceptance, we may reasonably decline or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Prohibited transactions

  • Safety or legal compliance concerns

  • Unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

We may limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or address when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, inventory abuse, unauthorized resale, or circumvention of purchasing limits.

12. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • The transaction does not violate applicable law

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.

CarryPhone may not directly receive or store complete payment card information when payment information is processed through a third-party payment service.

Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.

We may delay fulfillment while reviewing a payment or order for fraud-prevention purposes.

Do not send complete payment card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or account passwords by email.

13. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable sales taxes or similar transaction taxes may be calculated at checkout based on available order information.

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Value-added taxes

  • Customs charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local handling fees

  • Other government or carrier charges

These charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking destination-country import requirements before placing an international order.

This section does not require a customer to pay a charge that was caused solely by our error or that applicable law requires us to pay.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific service or date is expressly identified as guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment locations.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised or otherwise applicable to an order, we will provide notice and handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for a delay caused solely by incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

15. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after:

  • Processing begins

  • Fulfillment begins

  • The product is packed

  • A shipping label is created

  • The product is transferred to a carrier

Submitting a request does not confirm that an order has been changed or cancelled.

A change or cancellation is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

16. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item claims, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before returning a product.

Products must not be returned to an address shown on the original shipping package unless we expressly provide that address in the return instructions.

Return facilities may vary by product, supplier, or fulfillment location.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender when permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any remedy available for a defective, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed product.

17. Installation and Use of Products

Customers must read and follow all product instructions, warnings, specifications, and compatibility information.

Phone accessories should be installed and used only for their intended purpose.

Customers should not:

  • Force an accessory onto an incompatible device

  • Use a damaged charger, cable, battery, or power bank

  • Exceed specified power ratings

  • Use incompatible power supplies

  • Modify electrical components

  • Expose non-waterproof products to liquid

  • Block ventilation or cooling areas

  • Continue using a product that becomes excessively hot

  • Install a mount where it creates a driving hazard

  • Use a product in violation of traffic or safety laws

Before installing adhesive accessories or screen protectors, customers should clean and prepare the surface according to the instructions.

CarryPhone is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, accident, incompatible equipment, failure to follow instructions, or continued use after an obvious safety issue develops.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by a product defect, inaccurate instructions, our negligence, or another matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

18. Chargers, Batteries, and Power Accessories

Chargers, power banks, wireless chargers, battery products, and electrical accessories must be used only with compatible equipment and within their stated ratings.

Stop using a product immediately if it:

  • Swells

  • Leaks

  • Smokes

  • Sparks

  • Produces an unusual odor

  • Becomes excessively hot

  • Makes unusual sounds

  • Shows exposed wires

  • Has been punctured or severely damaged

Disconnect the product from power when it is safe to do so and keep it away from flammable materials.

Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, burn, or improperly dispose of battery products.

Do not mail or return a damaged or unsafe battery without first contacting us for appropriate instructions.

The sale of a power accessory does not mean that it is suitable for every device, voltage system, travel destination, or charging standard.

19. Driving and Vehicle Use

Phone mounts, charging accessories, and other vehicle accessories must be installed and used in a way that does not:

  • Obstruct the driver’s view

  • Interfere with airbags or vehicle controls

  • Distract the driver

  • Violate local traffic laws

  • Create an unsafe loose object

  • Prevent secure operation of the vehicle

Customers are responsible for following applicable traffic, distracted-driving, mounting, and windshield-obstruction laws.

A customer must not operate, adjust, or view a phone in an unsafe or unlawful manner while driving.

20. Product Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty.

When a separate written warranty applies, the warranty terms, duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures will be provided or made available as applicable.

CarryPhone does not create an additional written product warranty merely by selling a product unless we expressly provide one in writing.

Statements in product descriptions may form part of the product description and must not be interpreted as excluding rights or warranties that arise under applicable law.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from, and do not replace, legal rights that a customer may have against the seller.

We do not require the use of a paid branded repair service as a condition of warranty coverage unless that requirement is lawful and clearly stated in the applicable warranty.

21. Personal and Lawful Use

Products and services may not be used for an illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Submit false payment information

  • Commit or assist fraud

  • Impersonate another person

  • Distribute malware or harmful code

  • Interfere with website security

  • Scrape the website in a manner that disrupts its operation

  • Circumvent purchasing limits

  • Submit knowingly false reviews or claims

  • Harass employees, customers, or third parties

  • Obtain products through unauthorized payment methods

  • Use automated systems to overload or damage the website

We may take proportionate action against suspected violations, including order review, account restriction, cancellation, preservation of relevant records, or referral to an appropriate payment provider or authority.

A customer will not be penalized merely for submitting a good-faith complaint, lawful charge dispute, product review, return request, or consumer protection claim.

22. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

The website may allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create.

By voluntarily submitting content to CarryPhone for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content for operation and promotion of the store.

This license ends when the content is removed from our active systems, except for:

  • Content already used in published materials

  • Backup or archival copies

  • Records required for legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes

You confirm that submitted content:

  • Is based on your genuine experience when presented as a review

  • Does not infringe another person’s rights

  • Does not contain confidential information

  • Is not fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful

  • Does not contain malware or harmful code

  • Does not reveal another person’s private information without permission

We may moderate or remove content that violates these standards.

We will not remove or suppress a genuine negative review solely because it is unfavorable.

We may remove content that is unrelated, duplicative, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or based on a product the reviewer did not purchase or use.

23. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including applicable:

  • Text

  • Page layout

  • Graphics

  • Store branding

  • Logos

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Product organization

  • Software

  • Design elements

are owned by or licensed to CarryPhone and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy substantial portions of the website

  • Republish original website content

  • Use CarryPhone branding to impersonate the store

  • Create a misleadingly similar website or account

  • Remove copyright or ownership notices

  • Sell or commercially exploit website content

  • Use website content in a way that suggests endorsement

This section does not prohibit lawful quotation, review, comparison, fair use, or another use permitted by applicable law.

Third-party product photographs, trademarks, descriptions, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

24. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, contact:

Email: jiokladmanet@gmail.com

Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Identification of the protected work or right

  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing content

  • An explanation of your ownership or authority

  • A good-faith statement regarding the complaint

  • Supporting documentation when available

We may request additional information before taking action.

Knowingly submitting a false infringement report may result in legal responsibility.

25. Third-Party Tools and Services

The website may use or provide access to third-party services, including:

  • Payment processors

  • Shipping carriers

  • Fulfillment providers

  • Analytics services

  • Customer support tools

  • Fraud-prevention services

  • Advertising or social media services

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

CarryPhone is responsible for selecting and using service providers in accordance with applicable obligations but does not control every independent action, outage, or policy of a third-party provider.

Access to a third-party service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or provider outages.

26. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily mean that CarryPhone:

  • Owns the third-party website

  • Controls its content

  • Endorses every product or statement

  • Guarantees its availability

  • Accepts responsibility for an independent transaction

Customers should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

CarryPhone is not responsible for a purchase made directly from an independent third party merely because the third party was referenced or linked on our website.

This limitation does not apply when CarryPhone legally acts as the seller, contracting party, agent, or responsible promoter for the transaction.

27. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree that we may send transactional communications relating to:

  • Order confirmation

  • Payment status

  • Shipping

  • Delivery

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Account security

  • Product safety

  • Customer support

  • Changes affecting an existing transaction

Transactional messages are not promotional marketing messages.

Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law, and customers may unsubscribe using the method provided in the applicable message.

You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current.

28. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily interrupted because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Hosting outages

  • Security incidents

  • Software updates

  • Payment-provider outages

  • Network failures

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary.

Discontinuing a feature does not remove obligations relating to an accepted order, refund, customer claim, or other existing transaction.

29. Accuracy and Corrections

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

If we discover a material error, we may correct it and take appropriate action regarding affected orders.

Customers should not rely on general website content as professional legal, medical, electrical, engineering, or safety advice.

Product instructions and warnings should be followed for the applicable product.

General information on the website does not override a specific product warning, written warranty, order confirmation, or right arising under applicable law.

30. Disclaimer of Implied Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted

  • Every product will remain available

  • Every non-guaranteed delivery estimate will be exact

  • Every third-party service will operate without interruption

  • Every accessory will work with a device not identified as compatible

Nothing in these Terms excludes or disclaims:

  • An express promise we made about a product

  • A warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed

  • Liability for fraud or intentional misconduct

  • Liability for gross negligence where it cannot be excluded

  • Product liability that cannot legally be excluded

  • Rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods

  • Any other mandatory consumer protection

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the applicable exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarryPhone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising solely from:

  • Misuse of a product

  • Use with incompatible equipment

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Failure to follow clear instructions

  • Customer-provided address errors

  • Independent third-party services outside our reasonable control

  • Temporary website interruption

Where liability may lawfully be limited, CarryPhone’s total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The preceding limitation does not apply to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Gross negligence or intentional misconduct

  • Legally non-excludable product liability

  • Breach of mandatory consumer rights

  • Any liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting

Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a lawful remedy for a defective, unsafe, counterfeit, undelivered, or materially misdescribed product.

32. Customer Responsibility for Loss

You may be responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by:

  • Your material breach of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of the website

  • Your fraudulent transaction

  • Content you submitted that infringes another person’s rights

  • Your deliberate interference with website security

You will not be responsible under this section for losses caused by CarryPhone, a product defect, our negligence, or circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Any claim under this section will be limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and supported by evidence.

33. Fraud and Charge Disputes

Customers should contact us promptly if they do not recognize a transaction or believe an order was processed incorrectly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from contacting a payment provider, bank, card issuer, regulator, or consumer protection authority.

Customers must not knowingly:

  • Submit false fraud reports

  • Claim that a correctly delivered product was not received

  • Return a different product

  • Alter evidence

  • Initiate duplicate refund claims

  • Use a charge dispute to retain both the product and the purchase funds without lawful justification

We may provide relevant order, payment, tracking, and communication records to payment providers or authorities when responding to a dispute or investigating suspected fraud.

34. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud

  • Security threats

  • Unlawful conduct

  • Repeated abusive behavior

  • Material violations of these Terms

  • Attempts to damage or disrupt the website

Where practical, action will be proportionate to the conduct involved.

Termination of website access does not eliminate:

  • Existing payment obligations

  • Approved refund obligations

  • Rights arising from completed purchases

  • Legal rights that survive termination

  • Obligations relating to intellectual property or fraud

35. Events Outside Reasonable Control

CarryPhone is not responsible for a failure or delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Widespread carrier disruptions

  • Government action

  • War or civil disturbance

  • Labor disruptions

  • Public emergencies

  • Major network failures

  • Unavoidable transportation restrictions

When such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide available information

  • Reduce the effect of the disruption

  • Offer an alternative where reasonably possible

  • Comply with applicable cancellation and refund requirements

This section does not remove rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

36. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and transactions made through CarryPhone are governed by the laws that apply to the particular transaction and the operation of the store.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s place of residence when those protections legally apply.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that both parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

This informal resolution process does not prevent either party from:

  • Seeking urgent legal relief

  • Filing a lawful payment dispute

  • Contacting a regulator

  • Using a small-claims process

  • Exercising a statutory right

  • Starting proceedings before a limitation period expires

A dispute may be brought before a court, tribunal, regulator, or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

37. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless the invalid provision is essential to the entire agreement.

38. No Waiver

If CarryPhone does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided in writing and applies only to the particular circumstances described.

39. Assignment

Customers may not transfer an order, account, or contractual right for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

CarryPhone may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a legitimate sale, restructuring, service-provider arrangement, or business transfer, provided that doing so does not materially reduce the customer’s existing rights.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and order information referenced in them, form the agreement between CarryPhone and the customer concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.

Product-specific terms, written warranties, checkout disclosures, and order confirmations may supplement these Terms.

If a product-specific provision conflicts with a general provision, the more specific provision will apply to the relevant product or transaction, subject to applicable law.
