We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Eligible United States orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take some time to update after a shipping label is created or the package is transferred to the carrier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to process your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items should generally be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, components, and accessories. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement, missing component, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
